bloated

Spyglass has 7 vice presidents on the payroll. I'm sure this company good be just as poorly managed with 3 vice presidents.  If you buy shares in a crappy company at a low price, you still end up with shares in a crappy company at the end of the day.

Company needs to reduce staff, dividend & debt.  Overstaffed & still having repeated issues with leaks. You need managment changes. Poor direction. Company should get rid of dead wood.
