Div Cut

same talk as in Oct and no div cut...nat gas rising on cold weather...OPEC meeting on 24th and most OPEC members need oil back at $100+...doubt they will cut div prior to seeing results of OPEC meeting...cdn oil price has been ok...oil price has not been down that long...plus they are hedged
