Going hostile?

Seems pretty abrupt.....maybe a hostile bid coming in from some disgrunted shareholders(I wonder who has a few million or more shrs just sitting around collecting 0.015cts but have lost their value (understatement to say the least)...over the past yr or so?

Dir. Rapp resigns....just got on in Sept....hardly had time to settle in....and if you read the nr you will notice the company did not mention that they wish him well in his new endeavour....Who is pulling the strings here?

OPEC won't cut on Thursday.  Oil will test low 60's.  Spyglass can't cope with this.  SP will move under .50.  People are bailing that is  what the late trades were all about.  Disclosure, I won't buy here at any price.

Yes, I believe I now know what is going on. Welcome to the next Sherritt Inc. shzt show. Keep in mind that George Armoyan bought his original shares, the same as I did, through Avenex. Tom Dumb actually met with the Clarke gang before the merger was voted on. I would say that Clarke Inc. ain't exactly happy with the outcome of their Avenex investment... Kherson

That's funny.  According to INK, Armoyan only holds about 40,000 restricted share units granted him in Sep/13 and Jan/14.  He holds no common shares.

Wow, dismalscience, you really have no idea who George Armoyan is or what he does. Check out Clarke Inc's November presentation and then get back to us concerning what George Armoyan actually owns or controls... Kherson P.S. More like 6 million shares...

Now   that   Geoge   A.    has  dumped  all  his  shares   he  no longer  needs  a  man  on  the board   thus  the  resignation.   I  guess   he  reads   the  writing  on the  wall  -- BANKRUPTCY

If the Co. line from CKI is "time restraints" then this would call into question the ability of the team running the investment division of CKI would it not? Since I am content to collect 0.015 cts a month while the Brents,WTI's and WCS's fight it out as to where the world is most in equilbrium in terms of supply and demand then this board should be content as well....capital ...more

Is George still in the SpyGlass picture, but working behind the scenes? Kherson
