Penny Stock Status

About two months ago when the share price was about a buck Canadian, I stated on this SH board that Spyglass needed to eliminate the dividend. Someone posted that they had received an email from IR that stated that management was not worried about a temporary drop in oil prices. Well folks, here we are today...
To the BOD of Spyglass, you now need to act to not only to save the company financially, but to also gettng rid of some of your useless management. Management of this company are the biggest reason this stock is now a penny stock...

Greetings: I took the time to re-listen to their recent (mid December) conference call.  At approx. 24:50 - 25:20 into the call it was indicated that Spyglass could potentially survive oil netback prices as low as $35 to even $30 (Canadian) per barrel.  Maybe the financial situation isn't as dire as the market suspects? That's what I heard. The nice thing is that there appears to be no debt/cashflow convenant restrictions. They can hang on at cdn 35 until things improve. And all the hedges remain at their hands.
