Amazing Grace

Its amazing to me that this kind of crookery continues to happen on the Canadian stock markets. If you know the history of this company you will know that it has been the vehicle for much questionable if not outright illicit manipulation and self-dealing by management, BOD and 'market makers'.  But there is no authority in Canada that will investigate or look into this - not the government and certainly not the investment industry itself.

All and I mean all the information you need for SGL can be found at the ASC.... https://www.albertasecurities.com/Pages/home.aspx The dividend management can never be tied to the shareprice....and if the company makes its decision on how to "manage" the operations based on its current shareprice...0.29cts or 0.30cts....I would be willing...to question that call....since the last ...more

When Harper out and out lied about the trusts being safe, that set the tone for every swindler, con artist and outright thief to crawl out of the woodwork  to pursue their activities knowing their would be no chance of jail time for them___ Our managment here at Spyglass and their paid pumpers represents the epitome of that class of people...

I lay the blame for the manipulation of the Canadian Markets at the feet of the Provincial Regulators, in this case the ASC. Any company that has it's headquarters in Alberta now knows that the ASC will not enforce the rules. No wonder that some American investors will not touch Canadian stocks... Kherson
