best chance of recovery?

Like many of you I got sucked into these OG trusts by the high yields, which are now gone. I am heavily under water in AET.UN, PLT.UN, and SGL I need to average down to try to recover my capital, and I was looking for informed opinions on which of these 3 dogs has the best chance of recovery if there is an upswing in oil and gas prices.

Any insightful, reasoned opinions would be GREATLY appreciated.

Best regards,
gvixid

a lot of invester are down owning dividend stocks, maybe it might be better to try some growth stocks. There are a large number of stocks that are 40-50 down from there high. Furthermore, when will oil and gas recover (more dividend companies cutting )
