Tom Buchanan

I think Tom Buchanan will have problems to find a job from now on. After his failures as CEO in Charger and SGL, no company will hire him. I think he is to blame for SGL's current condition.

There is no doubt that He is responsible for Spyglass failure___ I tried to warn everyone not to vote for the takeover but People like Jjerry, whom I might add does not post here anymore out of shame, was telling every one it would be the greatest thing since pockets on a shirt... -yes the dirty 5 must resign -this is ridiculous -all creditability has been lost -the company can be run very easily by the two remaining members plus a janitor

Get the facts straight. Provident was not the predessor to Pace. Provident was formed out of Founders Energy which Tom and Kelly Cowan (who is at SGL) started. Provident was then sold to Pembina after he left. When Tom left he started Charger Energy which amalgamated with 4 other companies then amagamated again with Pace et al. -regardless of which worm hole these guys crawled out of we still don't know whos going and whos staying and most importantly no news on a refinance agreement -June 30 is around the corner and the silence has become defining
