If one reads the Q1 2015 MD&A, under the Liquidity and Capital Resources heading on page 18, it is noted that SpyGlass had drawn $182.1 million on it's $200 million credit facility, as of March 31, 2015. What is also noted is that SpyGlass had a Capital Working Deficit of $13.6 million for a net debt of $195.7 million. Now that the present credit facility has been extended to the end of
