Behind the scenes, George Armoyan?

If you look at the most recent voting results for the BOD of SpyGlass, it would seem that a block of shares of about 8 million made all the difference between voting in and voting out the BOD members! At one time I believe that George and company did control about 6 million shares, so just maybe he had bought more or was able to influence more before the record date for this year's AGM!
What is also interesting is that for the last 3 years of AGM's for SpyGlass, the number of proxies that were voted remained around 37 to 39 million, but what is intriguing this year is that an additional 20 million proxies or ballets were received with no votes either for or withheld against the directors! Is that not odd?
