Looks pretty much like the same fools are still running the SpyGlass BOD circus! Thomas Buchanan's resignation should have been accepted as he is the clown who actually created this disaster in the first place! Buchanan is the main responsible for the company's debt mess. He is the CEO and he should have sold properties to reduce debt when oil was higher.

Buchanan's credentials in his previous company were not good. See, he was the CEO with Charger Energy which was loaded with debt too.

Without a major shareholder to oust them this is a common outcome. Karnalyte' (KRN)s leadership resigned in mass recently so it can be done. The only positive I could see is that expenses contiue to come down and net debt is lower at 184.5 million.
