SHCR Is In Play

The board of SHCR is looking to take the company private and as such punted its earnings release to continue the dialogue with interested investors. On a pure fundamentals basis the intrinsic value of SHCR is around $2.00 so quite a lot of upside potential, though the ride could be quite choppy.

I've been watching for a while and finally started a position around 0.85 cents on the pullback. I'll be looking to add on any further weakness but I believe this is a good trade given high likelihood of being acquires OR the fundamental story gaining traction particularly in late 2024 and throughout 2025.
