Some share price based thoughts
Market cap of 42 million. *********************************************************************************************. Outstanding shares will when deal closes be approaching 600 000 000. *********************************************************************************************. Share price sub 10 cents after new deal announced. *********************************************************************************************. RIO will hold just under 20% and Star Diamond gave them 90+ million shares. *********************************************************************************************. Newmont holds 14+% and got them on the cheap as well. Pls note Newmont has never topped up their number of shares during any past private placements even though they have the right to maintain percentages just like RIO now has. *********************************************************************************************. I remember when some of the long time holders of DIAM were making fun of another diamond company for having outstanding shares at the 600+ million level. Interesting to see those same holders embracing our ballooning share counts. DIAM will very likely need to further dilute. I don't think the market believes any government or First Nations group will float the cash. *********************************************************************************************. Even if stakeholders are secured what we give back will eventually be dilution to shareholders. *********************************************************************************************. 9 cents is saying it all. The market is cautious and disappointed so far with the new arrangement. A proper NR with real news that is not pie in the sky and vague IS needed ASAP. No more "carrot dangling" or stupid diamond naming contests. *********************************************************************************************. GAG is lifted and constraints removed. Do and say something substantial. PFS will do zero. More drilling will do zero. FS will help to sell it but will take way longer than they are saying and be extremely expensive (way more dilution). What is the financial plan? What is the drilling plan? Are they even working on selling it right now so as to avoid dilution and future bankruptcy? Lots of big questions and not many concrete answers despite being on hold for the past year(s). *********************************************************************************************. Call the company. E mail the company. Keep the shareholder pressure on them. Show them were not going to blindly follow a carrot dangling. We cannot *********************************************************************************************. Great project. Lovely diamonds. Massive deposit. Type 2a's. Market doesn't care. Market needs better direction and actual news. *********************************************************************************************. FRANK.

I'm confused. The beginning of your treatise gives a number of reasons for stakeholders to get OUT of the stock. Your attempt to rile the readers of this small forum to put pressure on the company will do nothing to change the companys plans. Past, much more coordinated, attempts failed. You would likely serve yourself best by sticking to your latest announcement and exit accordingly

I always wondered why Rio Tinton was there. I always thought newmont. Perhaps there was an amount of money to raise that,at the time fell. Sometimes it's not money but decisions.lol...its all about money.RIO WANTS %20. there must be diamonds ther.
