Can someone explain the airstream divy

Curious about this airstream dividend I see posters mentioning. Will holders of Tsf shares get shares in airstream ?.....

tsf owns 16 percent of airbeam, of which they plan on doing a special dividend to shareholders. They have released a news release about this and has spoken about it in detail in investor updates. We dont know dividend exclusion date

this dividend may be bigger than the current market cap of company, ultimately completely derisking tsf position. Also they plan on dividending shares
