Where is the May 31 update

SHFT missed their May 31 expectation for filing their audited financial statements. Where's the update?? Trading halts do not relieve public companies from their securities laws reporting obligations in a timely fashion. That's quite unfair to all shareholders. Go Wayne!! Update!!
