Hard to believe just a few months ago this stock was trading just above 2200 bucks a share...the same goes for LSPD which was also cruising in the stratosphere at the time. Just goes to show you...things never change in the stockmarket...bubbles always get popped.

Real estate isn't any different. Rates and prices have an inverse relationship and rates are about to go up. The only differerence is the speed of a correction, real estate is much slower. Last year's 20% increase is not sustainable. This year will push the last FOMO buyers over the fence creating record markets. But for many thinking "real estate never goes down", negative ...more

flamingogold...I cant agree more with your comments about realestate. Another bubble that will be deflated...although as you say...more gradually.
