Dumb

The Stock Market has become too flooded with idiots and trash. How does a stock who beat earnings slide when it's a GROWTH stock, anyone would predict a larger net loss to help occupy the large dip the company had in 2021 and did I not already mention, ITS A GROWTH STOCK. I'm so done with people playing with my money, the stock market is more of a gong show as the days go on.

The technology company, which offers tools and services for businesses to set up their online stores, said it expects revenue growth in the high-teen percentages, while analysts had forecast a rise of nearly 20%, according to Refinitiv data. I fail to see the difference between  revenue growth in the high-teen percentages, and a rise of nearly 20%. Sounds the same to me.

This is just a SELL THE NEWS situation.  The runup on this stock over the last month was too much. Cant expect it to just keep going up. Give it a week or two and price will go up as FOMO kicks in again. It's just a cycle.

Going down based on 2023 Projections. In my opinion they are downplaying the 2023 outlook on purpose and when the numbers come in much higher we will see it back at $100 in no time. This s a solid stock and solid company. Overeaction on 2023 projections, complete disragard for the great quarterly numbers.

You're not alone in being confused and frustrated. Charlie Munger one said (paraphrase), if you are not confused, you're not paying attention. Lol. Hang in there.

I am a trader...being long on stocks has been a losing play for years now. Its all about the trade. SHOP is an excellent candidate for trading...great volume and 20 percent+ swings.
