Silver Elephant valuation $4.36 per share!

I’m doing a back of the envelope evaluation for Silver Elephant. They have 107 million ounces of silver. So in the ground value per ounce should be in the $1-$2 range based on $32 ounce silver. With 36.8 million shares and closing at .68 Friday up 39% equals a market cap of $25 million. Let’s split the difference and use $1.50 in the ground per ounce for the silver valuation. 107 million ounces X $1.5 equals $160.5 million.
$160.5 million divided by $25 million market cap gives us $6.42. So multiply the share price by a 6.42 multiple gives you a share price of $4.36. It’s simple math. Now that’s not factoring in future drilling or other projects they have. Just the silver in the ground from the one property. I think we are very undervalued at .68 in this silver market. If Silver hits $40-$50 per ounce then the valuation would change dramatically.  Silver is up .30 per ounce overseas tonight!
