That's a crazy amount to be paid out. But I'm still happy to receive it...lol

I am too, I'd rather they keep the current distribution and pay special distribution as needed until they are 100% sure that any increase can be maintained.   I do not  want to see what happened a few years ago where they had to do a regular distribution cut, it killed the stock price.

Boots on the ground, from what I can see, business is brisk. I did Scaddabush tonight, it was buuussy, likely the busiest since pre-pandemic. The re-opening trade continues. High fuel prices and airport travel chaos are keeping many at home and spending it dining out.
