Ultimately... Still not a bear.

Assuming we sustainably pass 35 cents and the warrants are ITM, the private placement has a mean of 27 cents, which is the average floor the stock has fell to in quiet periods. Am I spinning it? Probably. We'd have liked to be a lot higher than 27 cents by now, but I'm also confident the warrants will go ITM.

Even if by my tempered expectations, the company does end up changing its revenue projections dramatically, the company is inarguably undervalued on its exhaustive IPs alone.

And it's a relatively small percentage of the float...could clear it all in a couple of weeks with volume. Also, because it's non brokered the shares may be going to diamond hands...

Yeah... The strategy with this company is  just to watch it and never actually invest like I did until the last minute. When they say "Ready Q1 2022" expect it to take two years after their previously anticipated launch date.

You just don't understand, do you? If you do that, you will be paying a lot more for your shares.  They have been working on this design for almost one year now.  If you read the information coming out of York U, they recognized the value here in early 2021 and have been working on air handling methods for other products for years.  That said, the need is just too great for ...more

I would relish to speak meaningfully of this, but as we hit a new 21-cent all-time low, it feels rather like discussing the results of yesterday's golf tournament while the house is on fire.

Just because someone else is making a seemingly stupid decision does not mean that you must too.  Are you afraid that there is really no value here?.  If so please sell as you are not made for to be an investor

I have seen plenty of businesses with great value get killed because they can not do business. There's more than one side to this my friend.

Plus, whether or not a company can deliver value ultimately means nothing to shareholders if they do not ultimately see a return from that value. A play I benefitted from was Nanotech Security. I knew they had a good product and bought in at the right time... Meaning late in the game. Eventually the company was acquired and I walked out with about a great return. But on the way to being ...more

Did you hold Garibaldi for the run, then Pyrogenesis and HPQ for the run and now SIXW. Are you having fun?

Do you speak with them?  Do you understand the business? Do you understand their burn rate? Do you understand the technology? Do you understand the strengths and weaknesses of their relationships?

I understand what I have the capacity to say with publicly visible information I come across. I come across all sorts of little facts and keep them in a folder. For instance, did you know that before 2020, the company was sued because someone developed IP with them, and that person's previous employer alleged IP theft? Ultimately, it was found the former employer of the person was full of it ...more

sorry just to clarify on this post for purposes of speaking a little closer to the legalese - sixth wave (as 6th wave) was said to have used / appropriated propietary information from another company by way of someone they hired, and that previous employer of the person then sued them. See link https://casetext.com/case/ibc-advanced-techs-inc-v-6th-wave-innovations-corp of course, as I ...more

Throwaway This was a case against UCore with SIXW only involved as a consultant. The issue was to restrict SIXW from using any information gained from its access to such information, through Mr Schrider, in its fuction as a consultant. SIXW has in no way being constricted.

Throwaway Everything that you have said is probably true.  Yes, Someone could possibly take a run at the company. Yes, somone is selling hard, for some unknown reason. Yes, there seems to be a bot running in this market with the intent to drive individual company's "stock" values down.  Yes, there are people that will steal from you.  Yes, SIXW will probably need more ...more

I am not making exceptions anymore. This price is in the company's hands. They need to put out a statement regarding the share price activity or at least show that they are paying attention, whether it is ultimately market disinterest or it actually is being manipulated.
