Partnership and Revenue

Let's face it. It looks like sixw has great technology. Lots of news releases and great R&D yet the stock keeps dropping.

Looks like this stock is only going to explode higher if they sign some partnership agreements to commercialise their technology and/or start announcing some real revenue is being generated. Both of these must be close given where the company is at currently. Can't decide if I should buy more at this point or just wait for some concrete news.

Especially if the partners can provide some "over the top" financing.  That should not be a problem given the tech.  May have to give up something but, so shat? There is enough here for everyone.

There is always a string attached to a change in conditions of what ever financing arrangement was made in order for the product to get made. With a share price this low, any incoming private placements will hurt us. Sixth Wave is going to choose what works for the health of the company first, and for shareholders after. To leave any such arrangements, if they have been made, unchanged, and ...more

Well Throwaway, there are three in this chain.  There is SIXW, the manufacturer and the distributor.  Might it not be in the interests of a distributor to provide some up-front money for such rights? Even a manufacturer should be able to put some money up front. You stated yourself that they have great technology.  Why would SIXW just give those rights away?
Comment by throwaway11 on Feb 12, 2022 2:28pm
I'm not saying manufacturers won't pony up more - but a change in the nature of the agreement in terms of financing the manufacturing is going to come with a change in how each participating party benefits.  It concerns me that they are spending money attempting to increase the stock price through promotion (and clearly this is not working at all) and that Gluckman, during this pre ...more

If they do get FDA and Health Canada approval. Where do you think this stock goes? Think we're too late to the game or opportunities for will come knocking. Hopefully it's the latter

I don't think it is too late. This technology is incredible. Once the first FDA and health Canada approval come through then that will validate the technology to everyone. Will all the possible applications for the technology, this stock price will explode higher.  This has taken more time than I thought so my question is still whether to buy more now or wait for approvals/partnerships ...more

All they need is a partner(s) that can provide SIXW with $500K per month. Now really, is that a big cost for a lottery ticket that might take them to the moon?

Re: your skepticism about my ~0.90 call. Increase in market cap through additional shares = lower SP rise when catalysts arrive. Lower SP expectations are realistic if we cap triple or quadrouple before we start to see real substantial revenue. Keep in mind we are still pre-approval from all health authorities. In happyland they expedite the process if there is substantial basis to do so, like ...more

Look Throwaway. all of what you say may be possible.  However, this tech has the most "blue sky" that I have ever found in any technology.  This tech can be used to "separate" any molecule, or organism from water or ethanol solutions (and others), even at rates as low as 50 in a billion and lower.  And, the efficiency is quite amazing. If you extrapolate the ...more

They're far from being the only player in the MIP space. Incidentally there is another company (MIP Diagnostics) using MIPs to address COVID. Also, it is always a possibility that there are laterally competitive solutions using technology other than MIPs that could meet or exceed their performance. To emphasize again, if we're serious about this company as an investment (or about our ...more

What is everyone's thoughts on the corporate update?
Comment by MRB403 on Feb 14, 2022 9:22am
Very Positive! Sounds like they will do some financing possbily to keep the ball rolling so they can fulfil contracts and keep on moving the other projects forward. Increasing Revenues is great, sounds near-term as well but we will see.

All very intereting Throwaway and you are right, there are competitors in the space.  However, what intrigues me is the Nanocube solution suggested by MIP Diagnostics. That approach will and can identify specific molecules but it is not in any way capable of functioning in a mask format. The words from Li Ka Shing are interesting. The tech provided by SIXW was an absolutely new approach with ...more

Throwaway The value is in the products they apply MIPs to, not their MIPs alone. The products and their practicality are the beginning and end of what we should concern ourselves with. Absolutely Mining - gold for $ but how about the removal of arsenic, mercury, selenium, etc. so that highly toxic resources are now available for mining.  And the possible access to lithium, et al?   ...more

Yes. There are other companies addressing those areas.

And also, oh, look at that. Anonymous is back. Looks like my 13-15 cent orders are probably going to fill, I guess.

What interests me is the three major pharmaceutical companies they are in contract development with. Distribution, partnering and license agreements. This is the kind of stuff that can ramp up in a hurry. Very exciting if they can deliver.
Comment by maybe111 on Feb 15, 2022 9:44am
Yes, but are any this efficient Throwaway? Depending on the molecule, a takeup of 80 gm per kg every 3 hours is interesting.  Not good for general food sources but able to deliver substantial tonnes of end product.  And, it is possible that the existing equipment designs can be used for any/all such extractions.

My bear case right now isn't about the company itself or its products. Everything we want to happen could happen. The problem is combined effects of a stock being inevitably further diluted when we are already substantially down, with no end in sight to the selling from what appears to be an institutional holder who is trying to either a bear or is purposely manipulating the stock.
Comment by throwaway11 on Feb 17, 2022 12:26pm
just to add... let's not get our head in the clouds. An investment has to make us a return. If they achieve everything, great, that doesn't matter if we still lost f-cking money.
Comment by throwaway11 on Feb 13, 2022 3:05am
I couldn't name a specific number, but a worse case scenario would see $0.90 easily. AMIPs ultimate goal is to diversify well beyond COVID - as the company says, their goal is to make a "swiss army knife" of tests - one easily carried in a small space that is user friendly and can diagnose any number of illnesses quickly from a single test.
Comment by maybe111 on Feb 13, 2022 9:21am
Ninety cant Throwaway?  That means SIXW is only worth just over US$80M.  Really?  Companies like this are selling for 100 times and more.  I see this at 1000 X or more.  Today, that is only $80 billion, and that is nothing!
Comment by maybe111 on Feb 13, 2022 9:16am
Do you really believe that Covid has had its day with us? And, do you really think that this is the last virus that we will have to contend with? Also, this tech goes far beyond any other tech in its capabilities. We really don't realize how far this company can go.
Comment by maybe111 on Feb 13, 2022 9:13am
A fair assessment Throwaway. As always, to get something you have to share in the rewards.  I only hpoe that the final decision does not give too much away.  That means bringing a number of competitors to the table. To really consider is not getting yourself in bed with anything Chinese Communist based i.e. manufacturing there. Also, the bigger companies are slow and their lawyers will ...more
