Hi Folks, 

I've been in this sinking ship for a couple of years.  I can't imagine that management doesn't understand that they need to start generating consistent revenue to make money as a business... What are we missing here? So if they can't figure out how to generate revenue, start suing a bunch of competition for patent infringements.  Do I have to come up with ideas for these jackasses?

I'm still optimistic but I don't think any new investors have interest until there's money on the table or lawsuits worth millions that have been commenced.  

Still hanging around...popcorn has not been popped yet but it's in the microwave on standby. Let's get the show started please!

The problem is management paying itself multi-hundred thousand dollar salaries and then diluting shareholders at a four million dollar market cap to the tune of two million dollars because they need further financing. This isn't behavior that indicates management believes the company will succeed at gaining revenue in a timely fashion. It shows they are prioritizing their own ability to keep ...more

Suing other companies if there are patent infringements, may also cost them (i.e. legal fees).  Those companies will look for loopholes, and make due diligence to delay until such time they run out of money.  If I'm not mistaken,  patent signatures I believe, are allowed to overlap as long as it's only w/in a certain percentage. imo the leads on affinity are probably mostly gone. The cannabis industry was overblown and overhyped largely by Wall Street, Toronto and Vancouver so they could hoodwink people. I think a lot of earnest mom and pop types thought they could get into the industry based on this hype and reality was different. The reality is, just like it was with the vegan industry, that the people who are into ...more
