Magnus notes

-Can find very little info about Magnus as a company outside of it being mentioned in Sixth Wave's press releases. Like with Nick Montoya's company, it appears things are so early that it only exists in public documents and registries. And as it is named by Sixth Wave, I can't find it by that exact name anywhere except Mr Nyabadza's own LinkedIn page.

-Tanaka's Nyabadza LinkedIn account says he is CEO of Salaam and Sons Enterprises

-Website linked isn't functional.

-A page suggests Salaam and Sons is in the process of liquidation as of last November, while other activities at the same address are also in liquidation as of last November and December,

All of this is only months after Sixth Wave put out a press release announcing a potentially $50m+ relationship with Magnus???????
