A correction on something I said earlier re: salary
Earlier, when I recieved the voting form and circular by mail, I read and posted here that the management had mantained their salaries. I had misread the information circular which included the totals in compensation.
Jonathan Gluckman did, in fact, lower and defer the payment of his salary to $112,000 vs $375,000 for the year of 2022. Similar deferrals of salary were made across management and the board.
The deferred portions of their full salaries are recorded in the Company's liabilities statement in the latest interims.
I apologize both to users here who I gave any misconception, but more to the management for judgement I passed here.
This does represent a major change in how I view the company.

It isn't. The implied act is that the company is choosing to reduce spending when necessary to prioritize the product and reduce spending to what ever point possible to avoid further dilution.

Management has pillaged the company for years with ridiculous salaries and since they haven't been able to build up the company their is no new money coming in so they reduced their salaries. I would love to make $ 112,000 and not deliver anything back to the shareholders. He is spending shareholders after tax dollars to live large,

Maybe too little too late or maybe it's not. It makes you wonder how they still manage to survive as a publicly traded company all these years with the same big wigs at the helm. I just remembered a joke about a boat race where there were 8 drummers and 1 rower ..... (I think Japan vs. US boat race)

It's not. I've done the research and it's clear the company is now dramatically undervalued based on the patented IP alone.

Plus, I've explained to up2005 (who doesn't seem to actually read my posts?) and other ad nauseam that most of the failed third party tests and clients so far are due to problems that sixth wave was not responsible for and did not cause.
