I am a long term holder of this stock but the writing is on the wall. $0 revenue for the last 5 quarters. Losses have dropping a bit but still averaging $1 million a quarter. Balance sheet is a mess. I would be surprised if they aren't under C protection by year end. What's the definition of insanity....

The question is if they go under, what happens with the existing work still being done? JG has confirmed they're continuing work with CTRI in Quebec, which is with Draslovka (formerly MPS) and a "Large canadian gold mining company" which anyone doing research on Draslovka can reasonably infer is Barrick Gold. The TSXV requires PPs to be done at $0.05/sh minimum unless co. claims financial distress so rollbacks are common. Don't know what the CSE rules are.

I looked this up a long time ago for another company. The rule is the same for the CSE, but they allow exemptions under written request of the company for various reasons. IMO this reverse split exists for one reason and that is to allow the company to raise again. They have a large liabilities statement and a secured loan to one of their own advisors.
