I just got here, haven't look into the shares much, but it seem/guessing to me A's and B's are basically the same except B's I think non-voting. Dividends seem to be the same.

Both offered $40.50/share..... so why the big difference???? other than huge short interest on the B's.

All just my opinion/view/thinking.

Again, seems like a NO BRAINER to me.
