Oil has nothing to do with SJR.B  but something is happening in the Market.   

All just my opinion/view/thinking.

ya so 40.50 is the purchase price only thing that may change that are the regulators and they will have to make a very good case as to why it should not be allowed.  So far they are on the sidelines waitng to gauge public opinion and hopefully looking at the hard numbers.
