The deemed value of each Consideration Share is ZAR0.582, being the volume weighted average trading price of the Consideration Shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange for the 30 day period immediately prior to the date of the Purchase Agreement

Sold all my shares at 2.5 cents. Not because I don't like the deal, I just think they sold an asset (Lagia) to keep themselves afloat. GL
