Sac Oil Shares

As a shareholder I'm wondering...how do we shareholders know Mena still has any of the shares or money from them? Over three months since last news??? I know already someone is going to blog...about watching Sacoil itself. That's fine and dandy...how do shareholders know Mena still have the stock???

The shareholders can sue the Company and I don't think there is any doubt of the outcome of the verdict. Mena stated in more than one NR that shareholders will get Sacoil shares. I don't understand the holdup, but it does seem fishy at this point. Not even an update to shareholders. Are they going to pay shareholders in 2016 or later or what?
