discounted share offering to Linton
Shares issued at at a significant discount, $0.72 per share, along with $0.89 share warrant and there does not appear to be any formal relationship between the parties, ie, no board seat or consultancy/advisory position. Foolish.

When you go directly to the source and make a deal with them. Companies do it all the time when they do "bought deals". You see news releases from companies all the time that they sold X number of shares to company XYZ for proceeds to used for whatever.

So, were more shares issued? I thought the float was all used up? I also see that warrants were issued Quite dissapointing day yesterday. Thought we would at least maintain the dollar range... SLNG Acer1234
