LBA Global Corporation

If I'm not mistaken was LBA revenue last year $35 mill and was growing? If so that would mean Slangs revenue will increase by at least that much or more that would add $8.75 mill at least to what ever they are making now a quarter..If I'm missing something let me know.

Miro, I'm not sure of the LBA revenue for 12-months.  I couldn't find a SLANG public notice or financial stmt.  I did google "Lunchbox Alchemy revenue" and got a number like you provided, but I'm not sure on its accuracy.  If you have time to insert a link, pls share.  Regardless, I think the Pleasant Valley and LBA acquisition are very positive for SLANG ...more

Happy, thanks.  That's good news for current stockholders, even with potential ACG acquisition dilution.  Right now, mkt cap is ~$30m USD and annual revenues around $15m USD.  If annual revenues go to ~$40m USD, mkt cap can get to $90m USD, and if shares are diluted another 10% (30 million issued for ACG), the price can easily be $0.25USD per share.  Without factoring cash ...more

Cannabis companies are trading at 5x+ revenue multiples, so this has $0.70+ potential if they continue to execute on their plan.
