Assessment

SHG is up 1000% in the past year, but market cap is still only $176M. Recent revenue was $3.3M; this is down from last year although it was impacted by an accounting change. Margins of 71% are good. The company has $10M cash and swung to a small EBITDA profit from a loss of nearly $2M in the prior year. The telehealth space has been strong, and, like other companies in the sector, SHG is bulking up through acquisitions. With a combination of clinics and virtual, there is an opportunity here. Valuation is high like others in the sector. SHG has been adding executives (we do not know them personally) and we would consider its recent moves as good for the company. Insiders own 12%. We will see what it does with its cash and on the acquisition front. Investors are anticipating strong growth and while we might temper this enthusiasm a bit as it's still a small company with lots of competition, so far so good.
