He basically says it's a card they're readying in case they have to use it, because they don't want anything to keep them from the daq listing because he knows there are big institutional investors waiting to hop right in. So I'm hoping we end up doing a 2:1 or maybe cancelling it altogether. Think positive, like that guy thinkpositive
