I would be interested in getting a summary of how the meeting went this morning from anyone who might have attended.  In particular, I am interested in knowing if there was any discussion regarding the consolidation.  GLTA.

I was unable to listen but i don't think it was a big deal. I am confident the reverse split proposal will pass but i don't believe the company would decide today how much. The vote was simply to authorize them to reverse split up to 1:5. I guess the company will later determine how much
