Why are people unloading their shares, then?? Lots of good things, on the horizon, and people are just dumping their shares left and right. Why????

Same reason as always with these types of companies  - people trying to drive down the price and get others to sell their shares. It's all about accumulation for next week's NASDAQ listing.
