The market is ugly till it is not! I buy on dips and chill... It goes in cycles...No need to beat yourself up ... Just buy the ugly and wait for the pretty! Very Long #SLHG

I beg to differ. Far more profitable to average up rather than average down. As an example, Nortel (a huge and much more established company) shareholders averaged their way down into oblivion. SLHG may indeed be cheap but it has got to reverse the negative trend with some conviction before I would recommend jumping back in. GLTA

Everyone has their own strategy... I prefer not to chase on the way up. That's just me. Nortel was a bummer for a lot of people. Can't put all companies into that basket. One bad apple and all. Nobody can pick a bottom or a top. We can only speculate and look at the fundamentals to determine what the company is worth to ourselves. Based on that you buy and hold for your target. Or trade ...more
