Pretty solid actually, but since im fluent in english and the world around me works in english as well, I’ll stick to it lol. Also, being from Quebec, doesn't excuse spelling or grammar. I live in Ontario and graciously learned the basics of google translate following my mandatory gr9 year of French class.

Lol trying to get things moving? Are you serious? These companies don't have the time to deal with all your whiney, self absorbed emails full of B itching and complaining. They are busy attempting to ramp up a company, while taking over another. They can’t  disclose anything until the deal is finalized. They can’t tell you it’s all going to be ok, just wait a little longer. You are

At this point it's less about getting any further information, rather, just an acknowledgement. As Stinkinason mentioned - even a short "We understand your concerns but cannot provide any further details at this time" would suffice. Pretty unprofessional to dodge emails and calls from concerned investors - leaves a bitter tatse in your mouth.
