Looks like they sold to themselves so they aren't pressed to sell before the deadline.  Hence why there was massive selling and buying all at the same time.  Not as dooms day as some would hope.

Bought into this company in March and have heard nothing other than they may be getting into the cannabis industry. No CMO,CFO or CEO have come forward to share at least a small update on their progress, nothing. Every day, down 03 then up 04, a real inspiring company, in it for themself.
