Well as far as i heard (of some people that were involved in some AOI/SMBDeals years ago), this company is not quite deadyet. It might even start to shine again, once the indians pay their bills and/or kick some asses in canada. Otherwise ESSEL could easily face some FRAUD charges similar to Namaste......just my two cents.
