Not sure where you get only 10M owned by Essel but as of this N / R dated May 24,   2107.  Essel seems to own about 78.5 M shares of the Simba outstanding shares. and another 17M warrants which amounts to approx. 23% of the outstanding shares Gagan Goel (the “ Offeror ”) announces that on June 27, 2017 the Offeror, the Chairman and a director of Simba Essel

Right on Bro......Essel and Gagan has quite a pull on Simba but that is a drop in the ocean of Essel's wealth... only time will tell - whether we swim or sink.... and Gagan has a hughe tax writeoff   ------  which I pray never happens for the sake of poor Simba shareholders......
