On why they once again, cant get there accounts done on time.surely it should only take them 5 minutes as they don't actually do anything?? Although you learn something new everyday,i always thought it was a automatic suspension when you fail to file on time, like it was for Simba last time.I'm guessing they now have to wait for a decision from the exchange on whether they can carry on trading through it or get the normal 3 monthish suspension..Although they might not look favourably on it anyway as they have form for late filing...

virgo Not quite the same as last yr. at least the co. has asked the exchange to cease trade mgt. , insiders and employees only while they are deliquent in their filings which by their accts. should only be for a short period  and not cease trade  the public shareholders thankfully. Have you been in touch lately with anyone from the co.??
