where we are

I called Simba and asked to talk to Mark and of course he is gone.  To my surprise they put  Dinning on the phone. He spoke with me and gave me the info he even said there is speculation that essel has a chinese drilling firm that is  already operating in kenya that they are in negotitations with. Dinning explained the 6 year pscs  are due. He shares our frustrations  saying simba cant raise capital at this share price. He mentioned finanicals are being done waiting on Essel funds. I just dont understand the lack of press releases if things are in motion. Its only 7 days until Jan 30 deadline lets hope for a miracle. i have been with Simba 8 years at this point very disappointed but still optimistic. Good luck to all.

I second confirm the Chinese part. Most likely CNPC. Just a matter of time. Those are patient will be rewarded. You want to get rich over night try the dark world.

I pray for once theres benefit of doubt here. And no one wants to get rich overnight but waited good damnnn 10 years with Dinnings PP over PP as survival method but since Essel took over, they got caught in the last PP....funny like helll..I don't think there's Red Tape in Indua to get money out for investing in companies. What a bunch of bull crappie....India gas ventures out all over the ...more

Dinning is the ONLY guy still in the office as i heard, so no surprise he picked up.  As for the Rest, he is full of sh*t! Just repeating whatever you need to hear to shut up. Essel is a dead company and if there's no other company willing to safe our behind, we will be done too. Just like that. No sugarcoating needed.

Good info! Thank you! Did Dinning confirm that Essel's money were being held back due to Indian gov red tape? What reason did he give? Did he sound optemistic?

In order to meet the Jan 31 deadline, the financials just have to be proven to be in process not finalized.  I believe that Vancouver did receive partial payment to start the financials and are awaiting another payment to finalize.  I have also heard from my sources that CNPC is the firm that the Indians are talking to, basically Essel Global has cut off further funds and as such Essel ...more

Wonder if any of this it true.

It's a breach of contract. Essel must provide fund for exploration and drilling. but apparently they are not doing it. It's a breach of contract. Let me know if I am wrong.
Comment by Indira on Jan 26, 2019 1:23am
Have you seen the Contract or even the KENYAN PSC, which Essel had to spend their money to correct the name on original PSC LOL...Simba is inefficient....sick as hells. Essel should think of poor shareholders that have suffered at the hands of Simba.....
Comment by Bull100000 on Jan 27, 2019 5:11am
Let's hope you are right. Not so sure anymore if any of those Contracts ever existed though. Honestly i don't believe anything coming out of ESSEL or SMB. I hope someone sues ESSEL real hard if true, then sell everything to CNPC or some big American or Russian Player.
