but kept it at only 16M more shares.....

Please provide the  N  R that states that Essel has execised  16 M warrants $0.075. In Oct 2016 the S / P was in the $ 0.07 range and that exercise is on the record ,  but not any new exercising of warrants at that price have been posted by the co. recently
