Well, off of the 400mio shares out there i know several guys with 1-10mio upwards. Imagine all of us dump our shares because we don't want to be isht upon and lied to. SMB will be gone, ESSELS 250mio (if it even ever existed) investment will be gone as well. And since the financials of ESSEL are pretty much fcuked already, there might be some interest in achieving what was promised long time

I'll admit this company has pushed limits farther than any other company I've gambled with.Notice I said gambled lol.But litigation involves outright fraud.Aside from "lies " that they told us via Mark,unkept deals,untrue guidance etc..believe it or not this can easily be defended...simply by blaming Essel,say,or simply pleading the "cannot control circumstances ".cop
