The free video is a one time and then the Customer must sign a Contract for Full Price for further Advertising ..

If Facebook is helping with mitigating some of the cost factor for this promo...then they are also monitoring the potential very closely....any time Facebook hovers above in a motherly fashion it usually bodes very very well for the occupant in the baby chair... Facebook loves to buy successes...
