I have been in this deal for over a year and I still believe in what the company is doing. The meltdown of the stock is an opportunity. From what I hear on the street, they did not want to raise the entire $2million at .10. I hear that no more than  $700K was raised which is only 7 million shares. Time to average down!

Hi Moshowme, I spoke with management and they confirmed that $700K was raised. They also mentioned it closed on Friday and are waiting for the 'legal paperwork' to come back so they can issue a PR. I was also told they have a meeting with Google this week and things are looking very positive. We shall see.

disregard my last message. anyway you don't know what's the truth when dealing with SoMedia. They said they wouldn't finance at these levels and look what happened. Bunch of lying thugs.. highly doubt they'll get anything accomplish with Google. Because if they did, they wouldn't be needing the financing at these prices

I agree with you RE: not trusting Management. However, I believe Derek the new CRO requires these funds to implement a 'Salesforce' program which I am told will take the company to the next level. What I believe is management haven't sold single shares when it was trading above 0.50, also warrants were exercised between 0.25-0.30 by management. Not only that, but participated in financing at 0.25 cents as well!!!!! strong holding, and need to do financing to keep ball rolling!!! good luck, great buy for me at this level.
