George Fleming has put so much passion and money in this company - i´m certain that he will take Somedia to financial success, and hence us too. Although i don´t understand all of his decisions.

I am sorry to burst your dream, but Mr. Fleming could not care less about shareholders even he is one of them. It`s called Agency costs. Management goals are not in-line with shareholders and certainly not long-term shareholders. A CEO would rather sacrifice good long term growth to pick up fame, cash and perks... Fleming is now having an egotrip at the helm of Somedia flirting with Youtube ...more

Wow! Good post. Does that mean that the 3 millions stock options they gave to themselves won't never see the day? That M. Fleming don't care about his 750K options and his 1,2M shares. OK then. I'm selling tomorrow and will ask Truthlogic where to invest.
