this has been in the news for a while now yes and i believe this news brought th SP down to 8 cents from 12 cents few weeks ago

For a while? When? The date on SEDAR is last friday! I never have read any news about 15 Mio. warrants for "COMPUTERSHARE TRUST COMPANY OF CANADA". Can you post any link?

The actual date of this notice is October 7th and is authorization to create and issue warrents, the following day (October 8th) the company filed a news release that it has closed the issuance of 7,200,000 special warrants previously announced. I am not sure is the 7,200,000 special warrants issued on the 8th is included in the 15,000,000 to be authorized.
