Heres one been watching for a while GPV.V anounce they have contract for 2 buses. Paroblic SAR says buy Oct. 7. Not bad nothing great. Stock spikes 30% yesterday not sure why. (Insiders) Oh look it's a 20 bus contract anounced today. Insiders. OBV did spike. Paroblic SAR caught it in its early stages. Insiders. No I DiD not get on this bus.
