Interesting post ruben.  You say "time is up for this company" and then you  say they have to deliver in " 6 months".  So I guess what you mean is they have 6 months.

You guys gonna have to get use to this price range for at least 3 more months. It's a wonderful time to buy some shares as a Christmas present for someone

Yeah unfortunately share price won't go up while they are continuing to do financings every couple of months. If they can eventually ramp up revenue the way they are talking about doing then the share price could have long term upside. The company has had major pump and dump action in each of the past two years to promote the stock up to $0.40 but I think that's going to be hard to do ...more

They will do the same thing like they did last time. It'd not hard to crank up the price with a small float and have retail chase it like a herd of sheep.

George is an expert when it comes to financing. You can tell by his resume. This company has been in works for 10 years. You really think that it would be all or nothing at this stage? Numbers are there, potential is there, market is there. There is a reason why the company is getting financed on frequent basis.

With stock pricing dipping again it looks like they may have to do a financing at $0.05 soon. Sure, then someone can easily run the stock to $0.10 and double their money. Doesn't really help existing shareholders. Problem is numbers aren't really there. Market may or may not be there. Certainly adoption is a lot slower than I think anyone would like. Potential is still there because online ...more

I would also clarify what you said. George seems to be an "expert" at raising money but I'm not sure he's an expert at financing. No company should be reliant on multiple financings per year to stay afloat. The company should have a plan that says "we need this much money to get from point A to B and when we get to B we will raise more money at a better valuation because of ...more

That would means quarterly costs about of $930,000 – I don’t believe  they could have reduced their expenses to over 40 %.  I assume this information is not meaningful.
