Beyond sad. This wreaks of desperation for a company that is suppose to be on the cusp of something great. What is going on here and why cant they find investors at 8 cents. Good work George the so called expert in financing. What a joke but no one is laughing except the crooks that get these warrants. Next the shutters are coming. This is going to a couple cents. Worst investment ever

They'll raise this money at 5 cents but $320k will last only a couple of months at the current burn rate so they better have something in store that can move the stock up quickly in the new year to do another financing. Otherwise this thing is done. But I do think people in at a nickel can make a quick profit. Just don't hold on hoping for a ten bagger. Just my opinion. I'm selling at ...more
